Assignment 5: Create a Narrative Photo Sequence

As an international student who is also quite old and is experiencing life away from home for the first time in a completely new country, you will probably encounter many surprises. From the images I've recorded, I hope everyone will see a happy and positive perspective that I'm sharing below.

Greeting A New Day

Living Cost With My Girl Friend

Actually, the thing that I find most uncomfortable is the cost of parking services, which is quite expensive for a student like me. However, I think I have gradually gotten used to it, and it has become easier for me to accept.

Familiar Place

Image 5

Here, I can see the cutest people who always smile at each other and wish each other a good day. Besides, the traffic culture is very good; people are always walking, and pedestrians have priority.

Another perspective

Image 6

I need more time to understand the consumer culture of people in this country, such as the success of the Tim Hortons brand. Is it the service, product, location, or some other factor that has brought them such success?.

Experience

My School

Christmas Gift

I prepared two Christmas gifts at work: one for the Secret Santa gift exchange and another for the white elephant gift exchange. This is the first time I've experienced such an interesting cultural tradition during Christmas.

Remembering the Job

What part of your project went well?

I think the tricky part was picking the right topics. Being an international student, I got to showcase my daily life from a unique perspective.

What did you have to change?

I didn't have to tweak much because these are the real moments I live every day, giving the photos a natural feel.

What did not go well?

Getting the right photo angle is key. When you're snapping everyday life, finding that perfect perspective can be a bit of a challenge.

If you could try again, what would you do different?

If I had another shot at it, I'd make sure to prep thoroughly sorting out images, scripts, and post-production to serve up some pro-level photos.
